I'm Shanan
I am Shanan Cunnington, a lifelong learner and extreme extrovert. With my background in training design, I specialize in facilitating supportive groups that foster connection, learning, and growth. My superpower is to help people feel comfortable in their own skin. I create a safe space for people to show up authentically so they can connect with each other and learn from one another.
I love entrepreneurs and networking is the best way I know how to share my gifts and foster deeper connections to improve our mental, emotional, and physical health.

With almost 15 years experience designing online training, courses, workshops, and programs, I specialize in creating safe spaces for people to show up authentically, share their experiences, and form deep connections. The best way to build your confidence is to practice talking about your business in a safe space which is what a working group is all about.
Each week the group connects and gets to know each other better, which leads to support, brainstorming, and a built in group of followers for your YouTube channel!
As you dedicate time and energy to this group experience, the more you will feel your overwhelm turn into excitement, focus, and confidence.

Did you know that every time you are talking about your business, it is a learning experience?
Both for you and for the people you are talking to.
First - you want to listen and ask questions before giving them information they may not be interested in.
Second - you want to make sure what you are saying is memorable.
With almost 15 years of experience designing training, I can help you communicate in a way that is memorable AND builds trust. This will be an important part of growing a following on YouTube.

We have several groups that meet online at different times of the week.
