With my background in psychology, communication, and leadership, I specialize in facilitating supportive groups that foster connection, learning, and growth. My superpower is helping people feel comfortable in their own skin. I create a safe space for people to show up authentically so they can connect with each other and learn from one another.

With almost 15 years experience designing online training, courses, workshops, and programs, I specialize in facilitating great events. I love creating safe spaces for people to show up authentically, share their experiences, and form deep connections. When we feel safe enough to be vulnerable, we create connections that improve our mental, emotional, and physical health. Attending an Embrace Network event will improve your wellbeing and create a sense of belonging.
